スウェーデンの老舗名窯が紡いだ 北欧ヴィンテージの逸品
This is a serving plate from the Anemone series by Rörstrand, a famous Swedish pottery company. It is a lovely dish decorated with an anemone flower pattern. The Anemone series was only produced for a very short period, from 1965 to 1968.
Anemon's large plates come in two shapes, and this one is a tray-shaped plate with a raised edge. Compared to regular large plates, there are very few of them, making them a highly rare item.
Anemon was a pop design for Rörstrand in the 1960s, and was a design that was ahead of its time given the traditional backdrop of the time. It gradually gained popularity after production was discontinued, but to this day, Anemon has not been resold. Therefore, despite its popularity, it can only be found on the vintage market.
Anemone has a weak brown glaze, so paint loss is likely to occur and cutlery marks are easily noticeable. Combined with the short production period, it is highly rare and those in good condition are gradually becoming scarce.
