スウェーデンの国民的作家が生んだ 手のひらに宿る北欧の物語
A crystal glass figurine of three monkeys derived from a Japanese folk tale designed by Lisa Larson in the 1980s. Three monkeys are called "Three wise monkeys" and are used idiomatically in Europe and the United States as a metaphor for cleverness. Lisa Larson's glass sculpture depicts the three monkeys: see no evil, speak no evil, and hear no evil. Made of crystal glass with a freshness that looks like it was carved out of ice, each monkey is shaped with Lisa Larson's unique cuteness. This item is made of crystal glass and has high transparency, making it an excellent piece that creates subtle differences in expression when viewed from various angles.
After leaving her old company, Gustavsberg, in 1980, Lisa Larson began working as a freelance designer, receiving requests from companies across Europe. This is an object that I created during my free time at the request of a Swedish glass manufacturer called Royal Krona.
