This is a candle holder from the Nappi series made by Finland's leading glass manufacturer. The surface has a smooth finish, but the rising edge of the back is shaped into a scale pattern, creating a unique light and dark effect when you place a tealight candle on it. Nappi means "button" in Finnish, and the design is a large representation of a button on clothing. This product was manufactured in Finland for a relatively short period of 4 years and is currently out of print.
