スウェーデンの国民的作家が生んだ 手のひらに宿る北欧の物語
This is a trio of coffee cups, saucers and plates from the Matilda series, designed by Lisa Larson at Gustavsberg in the 1960s. It is a cute piece with a round, raccoon-like shape. Lisa Larson's works include many ceramic plates and ceramic animal statues, but tableware designed by Lisa Larson is rare. There are also other Lisa Larson tableware from the same period that could be considered sister products. There is also the "Josephine" model , and only the cup is made to a similar shape.
The Matilda series is the only Lisa Larson tableware series that was produced as a series of dishes. Matilda includes cups, teapots, plates, sugar bowls, creamers, and candle holders in the shape of pigs.
