スウェーデンの国民的作家が生んだ 手のひらに宿る北欧の物語
This coffee cup and saucer is from the Matilda series, designed by Lisa Larson at Gustavsberg in the 1960s. Its round, raccoon-like shape makes it a charming piece. While many of Lisa Larson's works include ceramic plates and animal statues, tableware designed by her is rare. Another Lisa Larson tableware from the same period is the sister product "Josephine," and only the cup is produced with a similar shape.
The Matilda series is the only Lisa Larson tableware series produced as a single series. Matilda includes cups, teapots, plates, sugar bowls, creamers, and pig-shaped candle holders.
