北欧の匠が手がけた ヴィンテージの逸品
This is a vertical relief made by Lars Bergsten, one of the famous Swedish potters. A fisherman with a fishing net on his shoulder is depicted on his right hand holding a freshly caught fish with a pipe in his mouth. Bergsten is an artist who created many still life-like reliefs, and for a time he also provided designs for Uppsala-Ekeby. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted, carefully coated with a dark brown glaze and fired in a kiln. The back is stamped with the BERGSTEN stamp indicating that it was made in his own workshop.
