北欧の匠が手がけた ヴィンテージの逸品
A wooden basket made in Northern Europe. It was made as a bread basket, and I think it was made from Katsura wood because of the scent and strength of the wood. Birch tree roots are used to attach the handle to the main body. This is a beautiful vintage item that is in very good condition and has a woody scent similar to cinnamon. The bottom is engraved with the initial signature of the craftsman and the last two digits of the year of manufacture, indicating that this piece was made in 1996. In Sweden, making these folk crafts by hand is collectively called ``hemsroid.'' Heart-shaped designs are scattered throughout, making it a piece made by skilled craftsmen.
