This is a bowl from the Anemone series by Rörstrand, a famous Swedish pottery company. It is a lovely piece decorated with an anemone flower pattern. The Anemone series was only produced for a very short period of time, from 1965 to 1968.

Considering the 1960s, which was a pop design, and the traditional wreath patterns were mainstream, Anemone was quite simple and unorthodox. It gradually became more popular after production was discontinued, but to this day, Anemone has not been resold. Therefore, despite being a popular series, it can only be found on the vintage market.

Anemone has a weak brown glaze, so paint loss is likely to occur and cutlery marks are easily noticeable. Combined with the short production period, it is highly rare and those in good condition are gradually becoming less and less.
