◯About shipping charges
Shipping fee for Honshu area is 900 yen.
Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen.
*Shipping fee for Hokkaido and Okinawa is 1,400 yen (free shipping for purchases over 13,000 yen).
◯About shipping date
▷The next shipping date will be announced on the top screen of the homepage. Unless otherwise specified, the estimated shipping time is 3 business days.
▷Our store is closed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays.
▷If you would like to specify a specific time, please let us know along with your order number in the memo section when ordering, via email or chat.
If you would like to specify a date or time, please enter the specified date and time in the "Order Notes" at checkout. ◯About the shipping location
Our shipping source is Shiga Prefecture. With the exception of Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and remote areas, orders in domestic areas will generally arrive the day after the shipping notification (excluding cases of bad weather, etc.).

▷We will ship by Sagawa Express. If the item you are sending is ceramic, we do not ship it in a compact size due to the necessity of packaging, even if it is small.
