◯About shipping costs
Shipping costs for the Honshu area are a flat rate of 900 yen.
Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen.
*Shipping costs to Hokkaido and Okinawa are 1,400 yen (free for purchases over 13,000 yen).
◯About shipping date
▷The next shipping date will be announced on the top page of the website. Unless otherwise stated, it will take 3 business days to ship.
▷Our store is closed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays, and the New Year holidays.
If you would like to specify a delivery time, please let us know in the notes section when ordering, or by email or chat, along with your order number.
If you would like to specify a date or time, please enter the desired date and time in the "Order Notes" section during checkout. If you would like to specify a delivery date after your order has been confirmed, please contact us via chat or the inquiry form , clearly stating your 4-digit order number (#XXXXX). If you would like to specify a delivery date or time , please let us know well in advance . If you are in a hurry, not specifying a delivery date will ensure your package arrives the fastest. (Time specifications may not be available for remote islands and some remote areas.)

◯About shipping location
Our store's shipping origin is Shiga Prefecture. Except for Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and outlying areas, domestic areas will generally arrive the day after the shipping notification (excluding cases of bad weather, etc.).
◯ About order emails
When you place an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address immediately after. If you do not receive the order confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder . After your order is shipped, we will also send you a shipping notification email (with a tracking number).
There have been many cases where email addresses for mobile phones such as Docomo are not able to receive emails. Please register your PC email address.
Regarding transportation and packaging
▷We will ship your order via Yamato Transport. If the item you are sending is pottery, we will not ship it in a compact size due to packaging requirements, even if it is small.
▷To reduce costs and conserve resources, we use recycled packaging materials and cardboard boxes whenever possible.
*We do not provide gift wrapping at our store.
▷We are very sorry, but we do not offer gift wrapping.
◯ Return Policy
After delivery, we will accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases :
▷If the product is damaged during delivery or if you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered
▷If a defect not described in the product page is found *However, the marks of supports (eye marks), crazing, and dents and scratches under the glaze (covered by the glaze) that are unique to vintage tableware, were created during manufacturing and are not defects in use. As the marks of supports are found in almost all products, we may omit the explanation.
