Irene coffee cup and saucer from Rorstrand, a long-established tableware manufacturer representing Sweden. Tableware made in Scandinavia in the 20th century was often thick and sturdy, but Irene is a high-class series that is thinly made. Hand-painted with bright blue and green berries and leaves. Irene is designed to be very light and easy to handle, including cups, plates, and pitchers. The main body is based on white glaze and is painted in bright colors reminiscent of early spring to early summer, giving a sense of ingenuity to enrich the Nordic dining table, where there are many winter days.
