This is a dinner plate from the Anemon series by Rörstrand, a famous Swedish pottery company. It is a cute dish decorated with an anemone floral pattern. Anemon is a series that was only produced for a fairly short period, from 1965 to 1968. Considering the traditional background of the 1960s, when designs were pop and traditional wreath patterns were mainstream, Anemon was quite simple and unorthodox. After production was discontinued, it gradually became more popular, but to this day, Anemon has not been resold. Therefore, despite being a popular series, it can only be obtained on the vintage market.
Anemone has a weak brown glaze, so paint loss is likely to occur and cutlery marks are easily noticeable. Combined with the short production period, it is highly rare and those in good condition are gradually becoming less and less.
