A trio of coffee cups, saucers and plates from the Matilda series designed by Lisa Larson at Gustavsberg in the 1960s. This is a cute item with a plump form that resembles a raccoon dog. Lisa Larson's works include many ceramic plates and ceramic animal statues, but tableware designed by Lisa Larson is rare. It can be said that it is a sister product to Lisa Larson's tableware from the same period. There is "Josephine" , and only the cup is made following the same form.
The Matilda series is the only Lisa Larson tableware produced as a series of tableware. Matilda made cups, teapots, plates, sugar bowls, creamers, and pig-shaped candle holders.

The cup is in good condition with few signs of use. Cutlery marks can be seen on the plate when the surface is held up to light, and scratches can be seen on the saucer when the high platform holder is held up to light. This is a vintage item with no cracks, chips, or penetration, and no problems with use. The photos are of items in stock that have many cutlery marks, but please assume that the condition of the items in stock is basically similar to this. The cups for this product are the ones in the last 4 photos. Concavities are observed on the high ground. Although it appears to be caused by the manufacturing process rather than a chip, it is offered at a better price than usual.
