Gustavsberg Heinz Errett Rubus porcelain plate
Gustavsberg Heinz Errett Rubus porcelain plate
This is a unique ceramic plate produced in the 1970s by Gustavsberg, a representative long-established Swedish pottery manufacturer. The company was a manufacturer that often produced everyday tableware, and ceramic plates are relatively rare. Norrbotten on the back is the Norrbotten region in northern Sweden. Åkerbär is a type of ``bramble'' in Swedish.
It is a very large and heavy ceramic plate, and it is decorated with silver paint using a type of filigree work. The metal fittings on the back are installed vertically, but it has an interesting design that allows you to remove it and attach it to the horizontal hole. The patterns on the surface are well arranged so that it doesn't look out of place whether it's oriented horizontally or vertically. The initial signature of designer Heinz Ellet, HE, is engraved on the front corner.
