This is a bottle and shot glass set from the Rakka series created in the 1960s by Finland's leading tableware company ARABIA. This is a relatively rare item, and the designer was Olli Vasa, who worked there for only two years from 1965 to 1967.
Cloudberries are drawn on the bottle and shot glass. It was originally designed to drink a Scandinavian distilled spirit called Snaps, and was used to drink a strong alcoholic beverage served with salted herring.
There is a symbol 11-67 on the bottom. This was manufactured in November 1967, as the year of manufacture was stamped on Arabic tableware at the time.

ARABIA is a ceramic manufacturer representing Finland in the 20th century. Originally, ARABIA was a factory established in Finland by Sweden's Rörstrand as a base for producing pottery for Russia. The company's name comes from the fact that it was established in the Arabian district of Helsinki, the capital.
From the 1950s to the 1980s, many world-famous designers such as Ulla Procoppe, Birger Kaipiainen, Laiya Uosikkinen, and Esteri Tomura created many works, known as the Golden Age of ARABIA.
