At first glance, it looks like a slim body, but it is an elaborate trapezoidal shape that slims from the bottom to the rim.
The ARABIA logo on the back stamp is engraved with the name of the sponsor company Wärtsilä, which was used from 1971 to 1975. ARABIA ceased production of masterpieces such as Paratiisi in 1974 due to the oil crisis. Therefore, I think that this was also produced as a prototype between 1971 and 1974.
Usually, the series name of the work is engraved under the back stamp of ARABIA. There is no such notation, but it is not a simple product like mass-market products, so it can be said that it is an excellent product that has been well-made despite being unmarked. It was designed on the premise of mass production, but it is speculated that it was not mass-produced due to the economic recession caused by the oil crisis. The designer is unknown, but I think it is Esteli Tomra or Laija Uosikkinen from the style of the floral pattern and its colors.
