It is a variation of ARABIA Valencia. I think it was made between 1960 when the Fiesta was designed and 1961 when the Valencia was released. The decoration is somewhat like a combination of Fiesta and Valencia. Prototype or made for practice, there is only one signature of Ulla Procoppe on the back.
Overall, compared to Valencia's plate, it is thin and light and has a sweet impression. There are some immature parts in making it as a plate, but it is quite rare in terms of rarity. See also our blog post for more details.

Only the plate on the upper right of the first photo has penetration on the back. Other plates have some cutlery marks on the surface.
About Ulla Procoppe
Ulla Procope ( 1921-1968)
Born in Helsinki. After graduating from the Faculty of Art and Design at Aalto University in Helsinki in 1948, he joined Arabia. After that, he was in charge of design in the production department for 20 years, creating the Ruska series in 1960 and the Valencia series in 1961. Rusca is the flagship product with the longest running and highest sales volume among Arabian products. The Valencia series is the last hand-painted product from Arabia. After retiring from active duty due to cancer, Procope emigrated to the Canary Islands in Spain, where he died at the age of 47.
