There is no evidence that it was used as a cutting board, but there is only one vertical cutlery mark around the painting of a male chef on the surface. Also, there is a paint gap on the neck of the female figure on the right side of the center. It seems that it was basically used as a boat for decoration. Overall good condition. You can see the strut marks from the manufacturing on the back.

About Turi Glamstad Oliver
Turi Gramstad O liver , 1938-
Born in Sandnes, southwestern Norway. At the age of 22, while enrolled at the Oslo University of Technology, Trained at Kari Nyquist's pottery studio. In 1968, he assumed the post of chief designer following the merger of Figgio, and until he left the company in 1980, he designed Elvira, Market, and Lotte.
