It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or paint loss , but there is a crack on the edge of the base that occurred during the manufacturing process. There is a 2mm crack under the glaze that is barely noticeable. There is also a black spot on the base. All of the above have been there since manufacture. There are also cutlery marks in several places on the inside bottom of the body. It is in fairly good condition for a vintage item, but taking all of the above into consideration, I am rating it 3.5.
