This is a vintage spice bottle from ARABIA, a tableware manufacturer representing Scandinavian Finland. It is quite rare, and GOG's salt box is relatively common in the vintage market, but this one seems to have been hardly produced.
While designer Gunvar Olin Grangvist was in charge of designing mass-produced products at ARABIA, he also had his own atelier, an in-house workshop, where he collaborated with painters to create handmade pieces.
