Mon Amie means "lover" in French. Monami has a bowl-shaped A model and a vertical BV model. This is the coffee cup size of the rare BV model. The back is stamped with the VDN quality mark, indicating that it was manufactured between 1951 and 1973. Even now, reprints of Monami are manufactured, but they are made in Indonesia, and this is an original vintage Monami manufactured in Sweden.
