Bibi Breger (1927-2014)

I was born in the town of Fagersta, about 100 kilometers north of Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. While studying textile design at the Konstfack University of Fine Arts, a famous art university in the country , he began taking on design work while still a student. Her husband Carl-Arne Breger is also known as a famous product designer.

Bibi was with Gustavsberg for a short period of time, from 1953 to 1957, but during that time he devised pattern designs that remain today, such as Prisma, Lotus, and Salix. After leaving Gustavsberg, she and her husband started Breger Design AB, which is based in Malmö in southern Sweden. Many of her husband Carl's famous product designs were created after he started his business, and it is clear that Bibi's ability was behind the company.
