It is a square plate of the Emilia series of Finland's leading tableware manufacturer ARABIA. Emilia is Raijah Uosikkinen's masterpiece and is said to depict the ideal American life. Emilia is the name of Raiya's aunt who lived in the United States. It depicts a lady enjoying an elegant afternoon with a cup of tea. The Emilia series was a big hit at the time of its release, but there are not many left in modern times. At first glance, it is a simple piece of black and white pointillism on a milky white background, but the pattern is drawn in great detail. There are few dishes that are in good condition because they are loved for everyday use. Emilia has oven dishes, plates and cups called TV sets, canisters, salt shakers, and more. This square plate is relatively thin, so it seems that there are not many left until the present age.

Details Manufacturer: ARABIA/Arabic Form Design: Kaj Franck/Kai Franck Pattern Design: Raija Uosikkinen Age: 1957-1966 Condition: ★★★★☆ (4.5: Very Good Condition)
It is a dead stock product with no traces of use. There are very fine scratches on the front and back that cannot be seen in the photos. The dents seen on the back are traces of the struts at the time of manufacture.
