◯About the place of shipment
Our shipping origin is Shiga Prefecture. Domestic areas, excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and parts of Tohoku, will arrive the day after the shipping notification (except in the case of bad weather, etc.).
◯ About order mail
Immediately after you place an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the order email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder . After shipping, we will send you a shipping notification email (with tracking number).
In addition, there are many cases where the e-mail address of the mobile phone cannot be received. Please register your PC email address.

The shipping fee for the Honshu area is a flat rate of 900 yen ( free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen ).
*Shipping fee for Hokkaido and Okinawa is 1,400 yen (free shipping for purchases over 13,000 yen).
Shipping will be done by Yamato Transport.
The shipping fee for overseas shipping is 3,300 yen per order.
*The amount may increase depending on the product size.
Free worldwide shipping for purchases over 200,000 yen.
◯ About the shipping date
▷ We strive to deliver quickly, but the estimated delivery time is 3 business days.
▷Our shop is closed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays.
▷ If you would like to specify a time or date, please contact us or chat with us and let us know your order number. Available time slots are morning, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, and 19:00-21:00.

▷ We will ship by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.'s courier service. If the product to be sent is pottery, we do not ship it in a compact size even if it is small due to the necessity of packing.
▷In order to reduce costs and conserve resources, we use recycled packaging and cardboard as much as possible.
◯ We do not accept gift wrapping at our shop.
▷We are sorry, but we do not offer gift wrapping.
◯ About returns
Products that have been shipped will be returned or exchanged only in the following cases.
▷If the product is damaged due to an accident during delivery, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
▷ When defects not described on the product page are confirmed It is not a defect in use. Almost all of our products have strut marks, so we may omit the explanation.
▷We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us within one week after arrival to request a return or exchange.
