◯About the place of shipment

Our shipping origin is Shiga Prefecture. Domestic areas, excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and parts of Tohoku, will arrive the day after the shipping notification (except in the case of bad weather, etc.).

About order mail

When you place an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address immediately. If you do not receive the order email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. After shipping, we will send you a shipping notification email (with tracking number).

Shipping fee 900 yen ( Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen )
*Hokkaido and Okinawa are free shipping for purchases over 13,000 yen.
*Items that are hard to break, such as textiles, may be shipped by mail.

◯ About the shipping date

▷ We basically ship every day on weekdays.
*Shipping may be the next day due to the time of order and the convenience of the shopkeeper. Estimated delivery time is 2 days.

▷ If you would like to specify a time or date, please let us know by chat, email, or in the memo field on the payment screen.
Available time slots are morning, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, and 19:00-21:00.

About means of transportation and packaging

▷ We will ship in Yamato Transport's normal courier size. If the product to be sent is pottery, we do not ship it in a compact size even if it is small due to the necessity of packing.

▷In order to reduce costs and conserve resources, we use recycled packaging and cardboard as much as possible.

▷We are sorry, but we do not offer gift wrapping.

About returns

After delivery, we will accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases.

▷If the product is damaged due to an accident during delivery, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

▷ When defects not described on the product page are confirmed It is not a defect in use. Almost all of our products have post marks, so we may omit the explanation.

▷We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but please contact us within one week after arrival to request a return or exchange.
